General Rules

1. All colleges must report at the venue by 9:00 am on 27th February, 2026 at Srinivassa Sinai Dempo College (Autonomous), Cujira, Goa.

2. Consumption of alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes or any sorts of intoxicant is strictly prohibited within venue areas.

3. Any flammable liquids, knives and explosives of any kind are strictly prohibited inside the venue. Any other items, if deemed unsafe will be prohibited.

4. All students are required to carry their ID-Cards at all times. Students are required to produce the same at the entry as well as for the registrations.

5. Display of violence in any form is prohibited. It will lead to disqualification of the college responsible and its expulsion from the venue by security personnel.

6. Use of water, fire, flowers, glitter or any hazardous material on stage is not allowed.

7. Any form of vulgarity or obscenity on or off stage will lead to disqualification.

8. Decisions of the judges are final and binding on all the parties.

9. Decisions made by the organizing committee are final and binding on all the parties.

10. The right of admission is with the organizing committee.

11. In all matters of dispute, the organizers decision is final and binding for all the parties.

12. The organizers can modify, replace or cancel any event at any point of time. In such a scenario, it will be conveyed to the participating colleges.

13. Force Majeure Act is Applicable: The event will be under the act as per the governmental or societal actions (war, invasion, civil unrest, labor strikes), and infrastructure failures (transportation, energy).

  • Maximum 90 participants per college.

  • 10 extra passes will be provided for each college for crowd engagement purposes (NO EXTRA PASSES WILL BE PROVIDED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES).

  • Registration fees RS. 3000 per college

  • The registration fees needs to be paid at the time of registration (on the google form).

  • Final list of participants to be sent by February 25th 2026 (on the provided link).

 

Note: A workshop will be organized by the KOSS Committee at the college campus for participants of Mr & Ms K-OSS 2026 and the Fashion Show. Each team must ensure the attendance of Mr & Ms. KOSS as well as 2 additional fashion show participants at the workshop. It is mandatory for one designated participant to take charge of the team and act as the primary point of contact with the event coordinators during the workshop. The date and time of the workshop will be communicated at a later stage.
