Thank you for your interest in K-OSS Goa 2025. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets or registering for events.

 

1. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales, registrations, and payments made for K-OSS Goa 2025 are final and non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

 

2. QR Code Usage

Each ticket contains a unique QR code, which can only be scanned once for entry. Any attempt to reuse, duplicate, or share the QR code will result in denied entry.

 

3. Event Changes or Cancellations

• In case of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, venue changes, or artist modifications, the event may be rescheduled.

• If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date, but no refunds will be provided.

• If the event is canceled due to extreme conditions beyond our control, K-OSS organizers will determine alternative solutions, but refunds will not be offered.

 

4. Technical or Payment Issues

• If you experience technical difficulties while purchasing tickets, please contact our support team immediately.

• Double payments due to transaction errors may be reviewed, but eligibility for adjustments will be at the discretion of the organizers.
